iPhone 7 pre-order fail!

So I decided to pre order the iPhone 7 with Vodafone (due to discounts I can get) and all the way through the order process, I was informed that I could collect the phone from store today. At no point did the website state it would be some time before you get it. So, like thousands of other people no doubt, I turn up today to collect my phone as per my email and low and behold, it's not there. I have to wait for a phone call which will be anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks wait. What??? This was not explained to me at any point through the order process. So I asked about cancelling my order and was told I would have to wait until I physically had the phone before I could cancel? Where's the logic in that? Oh wait, once you have the phone you'll want to keep it and forget about the horrible experience. Well, just phoned the customer services number (the one for placing new orders) and had the order cancelled in 5 minutes. Now I remember why I left Vodafone in the first place, you really are a crap!

I'm very disappointed to hear about this. The issue we're having with stock of the iPhone 7 was unexpected and we're working hard to have it sorted very soon.
