iPhone 7 - still not arrived!!

Pre-ordered on 9th Sept to be delivered 16th - still no sign of it just emails telling another 3 days and they'll let me know. My friend orders one on Friday from tesco and its delivers next day! I've secured a price for my iPhone 6 and have 14 days from 10th sept to get it to them or I stand to lose quite a bit of money as the 7 has been released (apparently, no sign of it in my house). Wondering if I will ever receive this phone or get any further information that a standard 3 day email. Might try same email back when my bill is due - see if your happy to keep waiting for payment! very disappointed customer!!

I completely understand your frustration at this.

Please be aware that cancelling your direct debit will not help the situation. Cancelling your direct debit will result in late fees being added to your account and a possible default marker, which may last for up to six years on your credit score. 

Please understand that I am not trying to intimate you @Mlcljc, I am just making you aware of the procedure for late payment.

The annoucement page is of no use. Could you please explain the lies which have been told to customers? Please explain why EE now have phones?
