No one knows for sure.
Best guess is between 2-6 weeks I'd say. Stock is trickling in all the time. That said, if you're in a hurry to get your new iPhone your best option is not Vodafone.

Then get a SIM-only deal from your choice of network. This is the only way you ensure you get your iPhone 7 quickly.
