I order the iPhone 7 plus on the 15th when the back order was 4-6 weeks should I expect my phone according to the back order on whern I ordered the phone or the back order which is being shown now

No one knows for sure.
Best guess is between 2-6 weeks I'd say. Stock is trickling in all the time. That said, if you're in a hurry to get your new iPhone your best option is not Vodafone.
My advise would be to go here: http://www.istocknow.com/live/ and keep checking for the stock of the model you are after. Once it is in stock go here: https://reserve-gb.apple.com/GB/en_GB/reserve/iPhone?channel=1&iPP=E you can then either buy the phone outright or use the iPhone Upgrade Programme to buy it on 0% credit. Then get a SIM-only deal from your choice of network. This is the only way you ensure you get your iPhone 7 quickly.
