Is the iPhone settings set to connect both to 3G and 4G which is in Settings, Mobile Data, Voice and Data.
You could also try turning Airplane Mode On and Off to Reset the connection.
Ive read that sometimes de registering and leaving it for 24 hours and Re Registering your number can help.
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

@micksymonds
I can see since your last post, you've re-registered your Sure Signal and last made contact with the network on 14 December.
We hope this is now up and running correctly for you.
If you experience any other/further issues, let us know.

Unfortunately I have again lost connection to the device and cannot make or receive calls. This is extremely frustrating! Can someone please help?

@micksymonds - Your Sure Signal last connected to our servers last night, your speed tests look great and everything looks fine at this end.
Have you tried turning Airplane Mode on as @BandOfBrothers suggested above? If not, give this a try as it will restart the connection.
It’s also worth trying to turn off 4G to see if this makes any difference.
