iphone 5 still locked

Hi i have iphone 5 i paid to have it unlocked i got an email saying that its unlocked but i tried what it told me to do on the email i have tried loads of diffrent sim but itunes keep saying sim is not valid pls someone help me i dont knw what else to do

i really could do with some help i tried today phone still locked please someone must know whats going on.

Once we've passed the request on to Apple we're unable to intervene with the unlocking process.

apple message Yes, your phone is locked to Vodafone in our system still

Apple can take up to 21 days to unlock a phone.
