As a long term customer of Vodafone(23 years) although i have had a few misgivings throughought this time was such a ruckass to occur. I will be honest with you, it beggard belief!!! After speaking to James, Alfred , Andrew And William I was, still no further forward in sorting out the travesy that was my vodafone account! To refer to it as an absolute farce would be an absolute understatement!
I eventually called back about my incorrect discount and bill and spoke to a gentleman called ahmed who told me he would check the notes left by previous advisors. I asked if he could report the afforementiod advisors for their blatant inadequacy? He honestly told me he had tried to do this but no such names of advisors were on my profile! At this time I was indeed at breaking point!
At this point - a life line! Ahmed admitted hed found the previous calls and in fact i had been speaking to mohammed, akthar, ali and indeed james , why did they lie. At this point i had had enough and terminated the call, i was disgusted with myself but whatelse could i do!
All I can say though is i gathered by breath, got my acts and thoughts together and called back.
and this time got a lovely young lady called abigail, she sounded like she was scottish and from stirling. a credit to vodafone i will continue to ply my custom!

Why an agent wouldn't supply their correct real first name is beyond any explanation !
Things can sometimes go wrong which I'm sure many accept, but then it's ultimately down to how it's put right that then counts ,and instills confidence back into the product and service. Communication is Key.
It's good to hear that Abigail helped you and installed confidence back into the service.
