Hi I've lost my sim card in Thailand, please can you cancel and send me a new one? Please email me a response and I'll provide all my details. [Removed in line with House Rules]
Many thanks.

To get help promptly, talk to Live Chat (Contact Us at the bottom of the page). They can cancel your SIM, but they won't be able to send you a new one outside the UK. Is there someone here you can get it sent to and who can then forward it? (It'll need to be activated when it arrives and Live Chat can help with that, too).
You also need to remove your email address from your initial post. This is a public forum and the spammers will pick it up in no time.

If you have lost your SIM, you need to contact Vodafone as soon as you possibly can, until the SM is reported as lost, you are responsible for any authorised call charges. As soon as the SIM is reported, a bar is immediately placed on the SIM to prevent any further use.
The number for calling from overseas can be found on the contact us section at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can try web chat.

Your quickest options are either to drop into a Vodafone shop, who can suply a new SIM and activate it for you, or to speak to Live Chat, who can re-try the activation and send a new SIM in the post if necessary.
The forum team may respond in due course, but will probably tell you the same thing. Even if they contact you, it won't be an immediate fix, I'm afraid as they have an email supoprt queue and there may be a delay of up to 48 hours. (And, no, I'm afraid they can't work from your forum message as your profile here and yoru Vodafone account aren't linked :smileysad:).
