hi, im trying to gain access to my vodaphone, i brought s5 back in feb on a new contract and i only need to start using it now. however the new sim keeps saying its not registared to a network. i cant find out what my number is as the paperwork didnt have it on, and the *#100# doesnt work because its not on a network. it says it should work automatically!!??
how can i make contact when i cant even find my number????

Did you receive a welcome email at the start of your contract? They sometimes go to spam, so check there - but be quick as spam folders tend to empty every 30 days. All your details should be on there.
If you can't find anything, talk to Live Chat (Contact Us at the bottom of the page). They may be able to find you from other details and supply the number. They can also activate the SIM for you - I usually use this soute as it seems the quickest and most reliable.
