no mobile data

Samsung Galazy S5 Mini - contract

I have never been able to receive mobile date. WIFI is fine and no issues with calls / messages.

Can not access Facebook, Twitter etc or enter google. If I try to search for example 'bbc' the ble bar starts then stops. Signal is always ok.

In settings, more networks, data roming and mobile data has been ticked. 

Network mode is on WCDMA/GSM (auto connect)

When I go in to access point names their is a green dot next to contract WAP. When I press on this to the edir access point page it's all greyed out and nothing can be clicked on (which I think is strange...)

Hi, just to let you know the selected button on mine is contract WAP and within it its all greyed out too, so that's normal.

Roaming shouldn't matter as that's only for use abroad.

Have you tried texting “Web” to 40127?
