Is the SIM card activated ?
Call 17298 to activate your Payg SIM card if not.
Check in your MyVodafone to see what Vodafone Payg Tariff your on.
If on a Big Value Bundle the Credit will have been taken to pay for your allowances of minutes , texts and data.
Customer services on 191 or Live Chat can access the account and check too.

yep its activated and i checked and it tells me i have no data or any bundle
