I purchased a sim online with £20 bundle and now iv got the sim it says there is no credit or bundle in it? its been hours and still nothing on the sim... anyone else had this problem?

Is the SIM card activated ?

Call 17298 to activate your Payg SIM card if not. 

Check in your MyVodafone to see what Vodafone Payg Tariff your on. 

If on a Big Value Bundle the Credit will have been taken to pay for your allowances of minutes , texts and data. 

 

Customer services on 191 or Live Chat can access the account and check too.

yep its activated and i checked and it tells me i have no data or any bundle
