no upgrade/pre-order confirmation email

yesterday i pre-ordered my Galaxy S6 but I have not had a confimration email.  This reminds me of my son who pre-ordered the iphone 6, he didnt get an email either and after many phone calls, live chats and call assurance complaints they eventually admitted they made a mistake.  Has anyone had a confimration email?

no it wont come.when you got the handset then you have to call them to up your plan to 20gb.why they only show 12 monthly 10gb max plan not the 20gb one on upgrade? but as I ve said you ignore that and order yourself 12 months plan with 20gb £5 extra.

I did Phil. after about half hour of live chat they said they couldnt help!!!!!. After having 4 phones ordered and cancelled i have decided to leave it until 1 may. I am out of contract on 29 AprI and only £60 to buy out of other contract i have. I can get a good deal at 02 with 30% friends and family discount.
