no user light on

the SS is in a ready state but the user light does not come on, my phone is registered

  • Your speed test results from here.
  • Your ping test results from here.
  • Your external IP address from here.
  • The results of a traceroute.
  • Your Sure Signal serial number: 

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

  1. Click on Start and select Run
  2. Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
  3. A black box will appear.
  4. In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
  5. Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

@Monty007 On the second part of @Jenny's message, there are steps on how to complete the VSS Traceroute command - please paste your results in a reply to this thread so we're able to work towards a resolution for you. 

This Ian company provided. We have had dozens of these that simply stopped working two weeks ago. Vodafone must be trying to generate  revenue
