Hi,
I have tried to get my phone unlocked but nothing works. Ive spoken to your online customer service people who told me it would be sorted tomorrow and then the day after that and the day after that, it's been over four weeks now and ive got no phone in the meantime.
Can somebody please help???

Can you say what you’ve done thus far ?
i.e Filled out the Online Form
Have you received a confirmation email from Vodafone confirming they’ve accepted the request.
Which model of phone are you wanting unlocked ?
What have Vodafone Customer Services advised as to what the issue is ?
Have you been in touch with the Nuc Department either via Customer Services or via direct email to them ?
