I have requested an Ipnone 5 unlocking code twice now. The second time got an email stating the phone had already be unlocked and to check for email. I havent recieved an email with code or instructions and have emailed them and been on the live chat but no joy. Can another code to be created some how or even advise how you contact vodafone as a this seems to be almost impossible.

Hi @smcm2 when unlocking an iPhone there is no code issued. The unlock is carried out remotely by Apple. Have you tried inserting a non Vodafone sim in the device and connect to iTunes to check if the unlock has gone through?

I have tried a different network sim and connecting to itunes but the same message apears with both options.
Hopefully Vodafone can sort the issue.
