only 1 of 2 phones connecting to Sure Signal

got a sure signal serial number 40131569408, 1 phone connects but the second phone does not, I have reset the sure signal severa times so any ideas?

de-registered second number and re-registered, did a full reset and now working

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi Atiacomms,

 

Has the affected number been able to connect before?

 

If it has, try de-registering via your admin panel for 24 hours.

 

Once you’ve re-registered the number, do a factory reset:-

 

  • Find the button on the base of the unit next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around one hour

it is a sure signal device i got from my company, first time i have used it, the one number connects and the second number doesn't and never has, first number statrted working after a full reset of VSS.

dont see why you need the ping and trace as VSS must be connected to vodafone for the one phone to work.

really need to get second phone connected as its causing issues with work
