My latest greviance with Vodafone is that I've been wanting to change my faulty handset for 3 weeks now to no avail.
Can someone help in this regard as I'm just fed up having to explain my viewpoint, i have been past from piller to post
My Samsung S4 is under warranty and has been in for repair for a 3rd in to 3 weeks.

i have spoken to countless customer services and told a different story everytime. the manager i spoke to on thursday was more interested in the vodafone staff than the customer!

all i ask for is what i have been promised, i was promised due to the poor service i could swap my faulty s4 for an s5. this was offered by CS not me.

Hi @gartlap,

I'm sorry to hear this.

When swapping faulty products we usually replace the handset  for the same model.

This being agreed by customer services, please get in touch via Live help to ensure it's in our notes.

Thanks,

Rodney

My Samsung Note 4 battery drained very quickly so it was sent for repairs. Repairs replaced my Samsung Note 4 with a Grade A refurbished phone. I was told it's just like new, it would last a long time. Within 2 months it wouldn't even start up! The warranty has already come to an end. Got in touch with Vodafone who agreed to repair my phone free of charge since they sent me a faulty phone. Repairs team got in touch about fees for repair work. Now Vodafone deny that they promised a free repair. I am not paying over £170 for a faulty phone that was given to me. I feel misled and lied too once again.
