problems connecting samsung 6 to 2010 vw tiguan

Hi I get as far as entering a code then it just keeps initiazing and connecting but nothing else.  Never had a problem with Nokia N97mini?

Does the manual say it's compatible. 

I Recently helped a friend pair his iPhone to a car and had to try a few times. The pairing code was 0000

Hi yes it says the phone is compatable, i keep trying and the phone and car pair and connect then just says initializing then deactivates

That's similar to the persons I was helping. 

After a a couple of tries of turning on Bluetooth and using the pairing code the car system recognised the iPhone and completed the pairing.
