Hi, I have been two days trying to buy a PAYG phone but when I try to checkout it says always:
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.
Two different days, two different computers (win 10, win 7), three different browsers (microsoft edge, firefox, chrome)
Always the same message. Has someone know how to solve it?

You could alternatively try speaking to Customer service on 191 @25p per call if on Payg and connect to an agent or from a computer use Live chat. They maybe able to raise the sale for you.
Or if local and convenient a Vodafone Highstreet Store.
This way there's no possible delays due to stock availability or waiting in for a delivery.

The first thing to try is clearing all your cookees and cache on both computers, leave it for a few minutes and try again using an alternative card.
Most probably, there is a cookee or a problem using the same card preventing you from completing the order.
It may be worth checking that the phone is in stock. You also need to open an account online ready for use when you receive the phone.
