My upgrade date was shown in the Vodafone app as 20th March 2017. I noticed on Monday that it had spontaneously changed to 4th April.
I spoke to an operator on the live chat who confirmed that the correct date was 20th March - and they'd arrange for it to be amended on the web portal.
I noticed that it still hadn't changed today. So I phoned customer services. The lady that I spoke to told me that my upgrade date was 1st February. I told her about the previous confusion and asked for her to send me some sort of confirmation of this; she told me she couldn't - but I should just phone up in February to upgrade.
So that's my dilemma - I don't really know now whether my upgrade date is February, March or April. How can I get a definitive upgrade date from Vodafone?

Hi
Do you have any paperwork/ screen shots to support what you believe your upgrade date is. A contract has three important dates.
Start date.
Early upgrade date.
Contract end date.
If you can hang in there one of the Vodafone Team here will be able to engage with you probably by Private message to take you through security protocols and Help you.

OK so the transcript supports your discussion and the dates.
I'm sure the team maybe able to help clarify.
They may ask you to attach a copy of that transcript to a message to them and then go from there.
