re registration needed

Hi I know there are similar threads but I felt this would be more noticed as a new thread, my mums partner has recently moved in and brought his old sure signal with him however he doesn't have a account anymore, I want to re register it so I can take it to my partners and use it there, the serial number for it is 21197140524 

Please can u pm the details of what he/we need to do and maybe a sticky thread for sure signal re registering info should be created?

Thanks for your post here. There’s very little we can do with this if the Sure Signal is still registered in your mum’s partner’s name, so just double check that it has been deregistered. Once this has been done we’ll be happy to re-register it for you.

Hi Wayne, its all sorted now I spoke to someone over the phone last night and they supposedly deregistered it for me after the mums partner got through dpa so I shall attempt to re register it later cheers
