sure box not working after changing the sim card

Hi Tech guys, I've recently changed my iphone 3gs to iphone 4, got a new micro sim card as well but the sure signal isn't working despite all lights working correctly. By reading some previous post I understand it's up to the new sim. My new sim is 89441000302065285223, could you please re-sync it. many thanks

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
