Iphone 5 and signal sure

Hi

I recnelty got and iphone 5 and reuested nano sim for my business sim which is on vodafone. After activating it, it doen't connect to the signal sure that I have at home anymore. I did try to reset/factory rest the signal sure few times and also reset the iphone 5 few times but still no luck. I understood that the recync needs to be done for my signal sure. the serial number is 21230516375 I already added the iphone as a second number. The signal sure is register to the diffrent PAG number of mine and that is working. Please hlep. Thanks
