refil is barred

hi

 i tried to recharge using topup card. After entering the number and dialing.

i get a message "your refil is barred. please try again after 1 hr"

after trying one hour later i still get the same message.

please help

I notice you mention refil is barred.  You wouldn't get that message on Vodafone UK PAYG.

 

If you are a Vodafone India customer, you will need to contact Vodafone India, they will be able to help with your recharge pack refil.

 

The forum here is only for Vodafone UK support and would be unable to give you any help or advise.

Hi,

 

This maybe your banks systems locking down in what they feel looks like fraudulent use. Maybe contact them to ask. 

 

Vodafone Uk Customer services could check their systems too. Customer support on 191 (8am to 9pm) or from a Computer use Live Chat. The engagement window is in my signature below.
