Can you tell me why my Vodaphone answering service has taken 10 days to notify me about a message that someone left?  Many Thanks.

Unless there was a network issue in the area, or the network was busy, 10 days does seem excessive.

 

I always think the best way to be alterted to voicemail is by text.  You can find further information on alerts below.

 

Voicemail - Additional Features

 

If you find your voicemail notifications late again, it may be an idea to check your SIM card.  A SIM swap can easily be done through a Vodafone Store.

It could be attributed to a number of issues. 

 

Most probably signal in your area.

Sometimes a sim swap to replace your current SIM card can help. Any Vodafone Highstreet Store can do this for you
