s7 important calls screen

Hi all,

Does anyone know how the "important call" feature works on the s7?

I just noticed that when i call a certain contact the outgoing call screen sometimes does not show the usual

on screen display i.e.  Add call, Call+, Bluetooth, Speaker, Keypad and Mute.

Instead it shows a screen without the afore mentioned features but it shows the words

"Important Call" and it also shows a toggle switch as if you could turn Important call (for the contact i am dialling) on/off

It ony happens with this one contact, but as far as I know I havent turned anything to do with "Important Call" on or off??

Any help would be appreciated

Ive seen this feature but do not use it on my s8. 

Going from the information in this link > http://androidflagship.com/26473-use-the-important-call-feature-on-galaxy-s8 the feature is for use between two s8 phones unless that's changed recently.
