Trustpilot is a good tool to use but is unbalanced in my opinion.

Not alot of people go there to give good reviews so we do not see a true perspective.

Its the same formula with most forums. People sign up to vent their anger and frustration and rightly so in some cases but not many sign up and post to say how good and seamless everything was - they just get on with using the service.

i see your point of view, i use them more than i used to but for praise and criticism.

looking how vodafone are behaving and the views i have seen and had 1st hand experience of i just don't understand how they are not hauled before an ombudsman and senior management changed.

its just blatant lie after lie,

I too have used Trustpilot to leave various reviews along with place a like trip advisor.

Even tho trustpilot is good We are only seeing a snapshot and as such unbalanced when we look at the size of the customer base of Vodafone UK.

I'm in no way discounting whats reported and the % shown but imo its not balanced.

'For pay-monthly mobile customers, Vodafone topped the table with 10 per 100,000 customers, followed by Talk Talk and Virgin Mobile which both had eight per 100,000.

This is the fourth report in a row that Vodafone has come top for pay-monthly mobile complaints, although the numbers have fallen slightly.'

While I am in  no way defending Vodafone's failings as I've been a victim of them too, we need to keep things in perspective. Assuming this network has 19 million customers, 10 per 100,000 results in 1900 complaints. If you are one of those for you it's a 100% fail but the overwhelming majority of customers go through life with no issues. That's why there isn't a hue and cry from customers or the authorities about this and other networks.
