I have just switched over to vodafone, and cannot set up voicemail on my iphone. I got repewtedley got a call fail message when dialing 121. On visiting my local showroom they suggested calling 1211 which I did there and again it failed. I was told there may be a technical issue but they couldn't help, and I should go home and call 191. However, on calling 191 there is no option for voicemail and I cannot actually speak to someone. Can someone help and I am unimpressed with the service so far. Many thanks
