I ordered a PAYG nano SIM to use in a new iphone, and then followed the sim swap instructions to transfer my number from my contract. It then says to wait for the new number to transfer. However I have now been given a new PAYG number on the new SIM. Will this resolve itself, and the number change to my contract number?

I am a pay monthly customer and did a sim swap in 24th December in vodafone store... 9 days later, 10 calls to 191, 2 chats with live chat and 2 further visits to a store and no one can tell me when I should, expect my new sim to be active. Everyone 'promises' will be active within 24 hours. ... that was 216 hours ago!!!!!!!!!!. ... will some on please take responsibility for this issue at vodafone, contact me and resolve this. I am at the end of my tether with 191. They are of no use and can't out me through to anyone who is. Thank you
