I entered my details to do a sim swap 12 hours ago and still nothing any idea when this will haple ?

It can take upto 24 hours to activate,if it hasn't worked after then contact live help as some people have been waiting upto a week

The quickest way to activate a new Sim or Sim swap is in a Vodafone Store.

It's took me a week to do a sim swap. From Virgin to Vodafone. Apparently there was a network error n my swap was stuck in cyber space. I thought virgin customer service was bad but vodafone is worse. They haven't a clue Wat they r talk in about. Absolute rubbish. Wish I wud av stayed with Virgin now.. good luck getting ur voicemail up n running since I swapped I can't access voicemail it just cuts off n no one seems to no y it's not working!!!

@deb0898   your problem is a number porting from virgin to vodafone not a sim swap 

a sim swap is if you have a standard sized sim card or micro and need ot swap sims to a nano sim 

alot of people have been having port in issues at moment because of the new system they have been upgrading but im it should be sorted soon

the sim swap is best either over phone or instore usually takes a couple of minutes to an hour depends on how busy network is
