Can someone please help me?

I got my upgrade yesterday (i have the samsung galaxy s6) and tried to do the sim swap online. I got an email saying it was unsucessful and i have been trying to do it multiple times today, still nothing! i have tried to contact vodafone through the 191 numbe and it hung up on me, but told me to do the sim swap online. but ive already tried this and im starting to get very annoyed at this. my last sim was a micro sim for my old s3, but i now have the nano sim for the s6 and want to keep my number and im sure everyone knows getting a new number is a lot od hussle.

Have you tried Live help?

I always go into a Vodafone Store to do a Sim Swap for a couple of very good reasons...

1. Vodafone Red Box - transfers all contacts, music, photos etc from old phone to New phone (free service)
2. The sim swap is done by trained staff with access to your account to make sure moms and Euro traveller etc are still active on your account.
3. Pop off to the shops while your stuff is being transferred, when you get back the new aim is active!

yes, i have tried the live help. it is rubbish! it sends me straight to the online sim swap, which as i have mentioned i have already done. i do not have the time at the moment as im studing finals at univeristy, so this is a right pain.

Go into live help and choose these options to talk to an online adviser....
"Looking for something else"
Then
"can't find what you're looking for"
