Can you offer some assistance?
i have a new sure signal v3 plugged in and connected. The router is uPNP enabled but is a Netgear DGND37000v2 which features in some threads in a bad way. I have tried threre different routers and set the VSS IP address in a DMZ.
I have a steady power light, and slow cycling internet white light. Once i saw the 3g and phone symbol light in orange briefly before it appeared to reboot and return to cycling internet light.

i also tried to register the VSS serial no. on my account but it failed a number of times and suggested trying later. the serial no is 40134937107.
Could someone please check the serial number and offer any help? failing that i can march the unit in the voda store and see if it connects in the shop. any help appreciated.

@daveangel - You'll need to get your Sure Signal registered on your account. Once that is completed, it will begin the configuration process.
