There isn't an awful lot of information in the User Guide in relation to music.
Smart Ultra 6 Device Guide.
When i set up my partners phone I'm sure I remembered transferring the music to her SD Card and then went into the phones settings such as File Manager to set up playlists.
Then these songs were available in the phones music settings. I do not remember a specific icon.
Maybe another member has more knowledge on this.
Also you could if convenient pop back to the shop for instruction and or maybe a Google Search maybe beneficial.
