why wont my vodafone smart ultra 6 update the new sofware someone help ive tried everything even restored my phone and it still wont work anybody who please knows answer back pleaseeeee:smileysad:

Hi,

Does your phone say what the update is ?

Is there enough Space in the storage ?

If this was my phone if nothing worked in regards to settings etc then I'd consider creating a back up to preserve my data and Factory Reset again.

If you are trying to download the software direct from your phone, you will receive a prompt on your phone to let your know the software update is available and ready to download.  It is always better to download the update using a WiFi connection.

If you have not already installed the Ultra 6 USB Drive and PC Suite, this can be installed from the link below, you will then be able to back up and update from your PC.
