Is it possible to refresh a vodafone network lock / reset to vodafone the network lock on a android device, I don't want to unlock it, I just want to refresh the current vodafone lock as it's playing up.

Hi. Have you tried a factory reset to see if that helps?

I factory reset it a couple of times as I did a ota update to android 5.0.1 a few weeks ago and it suggested a factory reset
