sony experia z3

I picked up my new Sony Z3 last saturday and cant get google chrome to open or run - any ideas ?

Have you tried reinstalling it?

Try checking for any software updates first. You can do this for the app by selecting:

• Play Store
• Tapping the three horizontal lines in the top left for the 'Menu'
• My apps

If there's nothing there, check the phone software is up to date. There are instructions for doing this in our Device Support Centre.

Failing that, instructions for a factory reset can also be found on that link.

This can iron out any hiccups on the phone, but be sure to back up your device before you do so.
