strange sony xperia miro reaction to sure signal

Have installed a VF sure signal V2 downstairs for my nokia lumia phone and it works fine ,(no network coverage at all before). The strange thing is my wifes sony mito now plays up, it was okish before but after registering it with the sure signal at VF, It now is totally confused , it will have 3 bars for say 10 seconds(it varies) and then nothing , sometimes it will have 2 bars and suddenly jump to 4 then nothing !. Walk out of the door and it picks up 3g no problem but indoors it really plays up, should I deregister it from the sure signal?

Would be grateful for any help

*Have deregistered wifes phone from sure signal and it has gone back to normal (not confused anymore)*

That is a strange reaction. You’ve suggested the right course of action though.

I’d suggest de-registering your wife’s number from the Sure Signal, leaving it for 24 hours and then re-registering.

If that doesn’t work then let us know.

It definitely won’t be a Sure Signal or ISP issue if your phone is working fine on it.
