i have a new iphone 5s and so have had to change the sim card but kept the number. It wont work with sure signal and i really need it as the signal is bad around here.....what do i do

Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. If this doesn’t resolve your query, please post your reply either below, or in the relevant thread, together with the details requested, including the following information.
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

speed test - 2.46mbps
ping - 67ms
ext ip - 2.124.171.14
havent a clue how to do a trace route im on a mac.
sure sig serial number - 41113738565
worked fine before i changed the sim in my phone

Hi @seamusandj
If you’ve recently changed your SIM card, please deregister and re-register the Vodafone Sure Signal, this’ll allow the device to update the new details.
If this still isn’t working, please provide a trace route Ben has requested so we can help further.

still not working so i did what you said....what do i put in the network address to trace a route to ?
does m,y sure signal just need resyncing from your end as thats what other threads have done ?
