Hi

 

what do i need to do as i have been given this box from my company who no longer use vodafone and i want to de register it so i can use it.

 

serial number 21227729064

Hello grahamgillespie

 

If you have been give the Sure Signal by the company you work for as they no longer use the device, the company will need to ask Vodafone to deregister the box. Even if the company no longer use Vodafone, the account can still be accessed.

 

Due to DPA, Vodafone would be unable to deregister the Sure Signal on your instructions.
