Hi mdinham,
Has the number ported in very recently?
If so, the Sure Signal may need to update.
Can you do a factory reset of your device and let me know how you go on.
For versions 1 & 2:-
For version 3:-
If it doesn’t work, can you let me have your Sure Signal serial number please?
Cheers,
Andrew

Thanks Andrew
The number ported in over a month ago.
I've reset the v1 sure signal previously and it made no difference. The v3 only arrived on Friday and I reset that before I started to use it.
I'll PM you the serials
Thanks

Hi mdinham,
I'm so very sorry this wasn't picked up on in your original post. The Nokia 109 is a 2G handset. As Sure Signal only broadcasts a 3G network, this phone won't be compatible.
You'll still be able to put the SIM in another 3G device to use the service. Have you got another 3G phone to use? If not you can find our full range of PAYG phones here.
Cheers, Ben

Thanks
That would explain a thing or 2 🙂
The Nokia 109 is a load of junk, about the only thing that's good about it is the battery life - I'm going to swap it. To be honest it didn't even occur to me that a new phone would only be 2G.
Thanks
