Hi,
For the past 6 weeks i my sky broadband has been dropping out sometimes for minutes others for hours. Sky have replaced everything and bt tested the line and all ok. I started to uplug things one at a time and have come to find that it is the sure signal box that is effecting it both wireless and wired. I have had the sure signal for about 9 months with no issue untill now.
any ideas would be gratefully recieved

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
