Adding Users

 

Does anyone know how to solve the problem 'There seems to be a problem' error 500, 2004?

I've tried to add users on my Apple OS and PC but get the same message.

If so and your still having issues with adding Vodafone Mobile Numbers then perhaps speak with Live Chat from a computer or Customer services via 191.

Thanks for the post, it was hard to find the right page but I had managed to do so - that's where the error message came from.

 

So far I've had an SMS on my iPhone telling me that the system is up and running but there is no improvement to my 3G signal whatsoever.  On the Add user page I have consistently received the error 500 message.

 

I will be trying livechat, again, but I'm not hopeful - I rather suspect I've just burned a fair bit of money for no benefit.... And it appears I'm not the only one.
