Our 2 new phones arrived today and for some reason the sure signal box has stopped working, have rebooted it as described.

Hi, thaks but I tried these. I cannot see my sure signal box registered on my account anymore either-usually I would go to My Vodafone and it is there but now it isn't. I will try and reregister it. When we got a new phone once before Vodafone randomly deregistered my daughters number-it took 3 months to solve as we thought the phone was faulty....soooo annoying!
