Hi - I'm increasingly frustrated with the difficulties in keeping this device working.
I recently had to change my BT home hub 4 to a new one because the previous went faulty - as far as I'm aware the new one is identical to the previous albeit the pass code for security has changed.
I've gone through the on-line suggestions for re-enabling teh device - none have worked - help!
