i've searched on the boards for this, but come accross any relevant articles
i bought the sure signal box after a convo online with vodafone chap said it would help my situation. i.e. where i live has no signal. I explained it was a business phone and there was no mention of that being an issue. I have now taken the unit out of the box and tried to register it only to find that i can't, speaking to vodafone over the phone is difficult. the phone is registered through British Gas. So my real question is how i go about registering the device and getting it to work? thanks in advance. neil

Hi
As long as the number is a Vodafone one their should be no issues registering to the sure signal.

If calling Vodafone is difficult then perhaps try Live Chat from a computer. The engagement window is in my signature below.

Hi there
You need online account access to be able to register the SureSignal. Now, I don't know how British Gas account works but you may not be able to register your number for online access - it may already be granted to the administrator of the account.
It can however be registered to any Vodafone account in the household and your number be added to it. So that may be a way around it.
