No problem - it's good to be able to see what the issue is 😉

I assume your internet is working okay?  Have you reset the SureSignal at all?

PWIAC

Internet is ok, and I have reset several times,

thanks

I don't know if you have done so already but  have you tried opening the ports?  I am not sure how easy this will be to do on the new Sky Q Hub or if it is even possible, but it could be worth a shot.

he ports that need to be opened on your router are as following:

Ports to be opened for forwarding

  • 8 (TCP & UDP)
  • 50 (TCP & UDP)
  • 53  (TCP & UDP)
  • 67 (UDP)
  • 68 (UDP)
  • 123 (UDP)
  • 500 (UDP)
  • 1723 (TCP & UDP)
  • 4500 (UDP)
  • 33434 - 33445 (UDP)

IP addresses to be allowed on the router & firewall

  • 183.133.177-179
  • 183.133.181-182
  • 183.131.128-191
