sure signal version 3 (the small plug type style).
I am the main user, but when i try to add my wife as an additional user it keeps giving me the error message
"sorry - there seems to be a problem.
it looks like something went wrong, sorry. we've got a team of techs working hard to get it sorted - so pop back later and try again"
I have tried many times over the last 4 weeks and still the same error.
I have de-registered and re-registered. and turned unit off and on again.
Please help to add this additional user.

after reading soem other users posts, i re-tried adding a user without typing their full name.
at first it demanded something in the name box, so i put "j"
and it accepted it fine and it now has added the user.
all done.
so you can ignore my post above now.

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
