sure singnal v3 dropped calls and disconnects

I'm having problems with my VSS3 - Calls get dropped and the device goes offline every now and then leaving the power light flashing and orange internet light solid. To get it working again I have to switch the unit off and back on again. I hope someone can help me.

Hi jay_mp, 

 

This sounds like it is a fault with the device itself as it hasn't picked up any location change.

I sent the VSS unit for repair via a Vodafone store and received a reconditioned unit which is working well.

jay_mp - That's great news. I'm glad the replacement has sorted this. :Winking_smiley:

Keith - I've performed a resync for you. To complete the action can you:

 

  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button.
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

I have a very similar problem. My Sure Signal has been dropping out a lot over the last few weeks.

 

The serial number is:    21196918979

 

Could I get this resynced as well please.
