unable to access site on 3/G but can access on wifi and tfl virgin media

Hi,

As per attached, I am unable to access this site "mail.bankofchina.com" when using mobile data, however when I use my home broadband or wifi in general it works fine.

Please can this be resolved. I attach a screen shot of the error.

We've recently tested the link ourselves, and we're no longer receiving the error message you previously provided us with.

Please let us know if you're now able to access the site when you're connected to your data.
