Hi there,
I've just purchased a sure signal just over a month ago and registered it online. I'm now not able to view the device online to add my new vodafone number to the sure signal.
Could you please de-register this sure signal so that I can add it again to my new personal vodafone account. I can provide the serial no if required.
Any help will be really appreciated!

Hi Rich,
Live help will be the quickest way for us to de-register and register the Sure Signal again.
Alternatively, you can call 191, option 1 and option 3.
